After the sunset
In darkness of wintry night
Shines the bright moonlight

A Haiku is a Japanese poem of seventeen syllables, in three lines of five, seven, and five; traditionally evoking images of the natural world.

This was my first attempt at Haiku. Hope you enjoy this beautiful form of poetry!
