Several people have been nominated for #WillOfSteel honour. You can vote for the ones you find deserving by visiting willofsteel.in and bring them the honour, recognition and support they deserve. The more votes a story gets, the sooner it will be felicitated and recognized. Here are the ones that I have voted for:

His story- This lone ranger took up the mammoth task of planting trees and has already covered 1360 acres of land and converted into forest area in Assam. His efforts have helped migrating elephants, rhinos and tigers to name a few. If you find his story inspiring cast your vote to help him get enabled.

Do I really need to say why? Jadav Payeng has been solely planting trees for over 30 years hence giving life to hundreds of Elephants, rhinos and tigers covering over 1360 acres of land which has now become a lush forest. He has been named as the 'Forest Man'. A short film has been made on his story that has won several awards in many international ceremonies over the world including the Cannes. Need I say more?

I’m voting for Jadav Payeng’s #WillOfSteel and blogging on BlogAdda to help him/her get felicitated and eventually enabled by JSW.

Her story- Bhakti is the youngest female swimmer in the world to swim in 5 oceans (Indian, Atlantic, Pacific, Arctic and Antarctic) and 7 seas. Coming from the desert state, Rajasthan (India), pursuing the audacious dream of open water swimming has never been a cake walk. She has practised in lakes, rivers and swimming tubs in her bid to be the best in the world. Today she has proven her Will of Steel by doing what very few others have managed to do and is clearly an inspiration to all like her.

A true spirit that displays that being born in the desert can't restrict you the pleasures of the ocean. Not only has she conquered 5 oceans and 7 seas at an age so young, she has also become an inspiration to several girls, who only dreamt of living their dreams, to realize them. She never backed down because she had the will of steel, a will power that never let the fire in her die down. That's why my vote goes to her!

I’m voting for Bhakti Sharma’s #WillOfSteel and blogging on BlogAdda to help him/her get felicitated and eventually enabled by JSW.

Her story- In April 2011, Arunima Sinha, a national level volleyball player, was thrown out of a running train by robbers who were after her gold chain. Her left leg crushed by the passing trains had to be amputated. This did not stop her from dreaming the impossible, on May 21, 2013, she became one of the few to climb Mount Everest.

A true example of nothing is impossible! The next time you hear someone or thyself complaining about a job being too hard, imagine walking up the Everest on one leg. Life was harsh to have ripped off a leg from her body but generous enough to add a thousand wings to her will power! Her strength and valour to climb the Everest is respectable. That's my vote goes to her!

I’m voting for Arunima Sinha’s #WillOfSteel and blogging on BlogAdda to help him/her get felicitated and eventually enabled by JSW.

He has given up his family and career to send out one single message to the world. Every morning, Krishnadas stands at Juhu Circle, Mumbai with a placard that says "Apne dharm pe chalo, sabse pyar karo (follow your religion, love everyone)". He has dedicated his whole life to ensuring that as many people as possible see his message and believe in it. Krishnadas is at the circle with his message held up high every single day no matter what. He believes that persistence is the key to bringing about the smallest of changes.

He is the person who has decided to bring the change he wants to see in the world. For a country that faces communal riots every other day, people like Krishnadas are the few gems who still hold the belief that we can live together, happily and are contributing to the cause. He stands at Juhu Circle, Mumbai, every morning, sending out the message of love, without any regrets. A life dedicated to a cause that significant, he displays the power our people hold in their hearts! That's why my vote goes to him!

I’m voting for Krishnadas’s #WillOfSteel and blogging on BlogAdda to help him/her get felicitated and eventually enabled by JSW.

This couple did the impossible. They transformed 55 Acres Of Barren Land Into A 300 Acre Wildlife Sanctuary. Thanks to them the ecological condition of the area and rapidly improved over the last decade.

For obvious reasons. Where all of us are contributing with our heart and soul to make the best use of land by creating buildings that would touch the sky and achieving other industrial and literal benefits, these two generous souls are providing the wildlife of our country a place to breathe and survive. Not only they are planting trees, they have converted 55 acres of barren land into a wildlife sanctuary. That's why my vote goes to them!

I’m voting for Pamela and Anil Malhotra’s #WillOfSteel and blogging on BlogAdda to help him/her get felicitated and eventually enabled by JSW.

I request you all to visit the site willofsteel.in and vote for the real heroes! It would take only a minute but would help these heroes get the honour and recognition they deserve.
